Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows as a teenager. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years on the field to finish her college education. In 2015, she re-appeared to the stage, and participated in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance that she was competing in for many years and determined to achieve higher standards each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In October of 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The competition saw her finish with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th spot for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel declares she was more than happy of her placing. The competition was among the best. Ariel's physique is improving every year. The body part that Ariel likes to train is the back. She usually does bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. She warms up before moving onto her work sets. Ariel also Ariel loves to use her time as efficiently as can be. Ariel accomplishes this by organizing all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, and the second day being heavy weight.
