Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience in the field. She has worked with top executives from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their business, in particular in times of high expansion. She's been a consultant to translate business and people strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing the management of performance and organizational processes as well as employee engagement and change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive benefit. Through her extensive work experience working for Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to develop and coach leaders, with successful outcomes, she has helped to create organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. Annmarie is motivated to give her talents and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. When she is not working she offers support for a variety of nonprofit organizations. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
