The film is set in the rural areas of West Virginia and southern Ohio. It follows an ensemble of intriguing and bizarre characters from the 1940s to the 1960s. Jhene Aiko, a.k.a Jhene is an American R&B singer and songwriter. She is famous for her mixtape Sailing Soul(s) that was made available on her site in 2011. She began singing for R&B groups as early as her teens. The group introduced her as the 'cousin of B2K rapper Lil Fizz which was a fake promotion strategy to draw the audience. Sail Out The Worst Uh Huh was one of the songs she was able to hit. Another hit song is Why I Have Love for You. She first made her appearance as a background vocalist in 2002. She sang the singing for the track Cherry Pie on the soundtrack of The Master of Disguise. The song was also featured part of the music video for ORyans' debut album with her boyfriend, Take It Slow. She primarily works with R&B Hip-Hop or Rap. The track 3:16 AM, which was released by the highly-regarded publishing company A&R has increased her popularity. The track was made available via iTunes for download. In the year she teamed up with Canadian rapper Drake for his album"There's No Way To Say Goodbye she gained international recognition. The Worst, her song that debuted in May 2014, was the No. 1 in the US Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop-Airplay Category and reached the top 11 spot in the category 'Hot Hip-Hop/R&B'. In 2015, she received nominated for three Grammys.
