Cecily Legler Strong has been a popular American actress, comedian, as well as a cast member on 'Saturday Night Live. After taking an improv training class in the age of 9 when she was nine, she started her career as an actor. She initially wanted to be an actress, but realized that she had talent for comedy. The focus of her professional career was shifted to improv. Her first professional gig was aboard a cruise vessel, doing shows with fellow performers from Second City Conservatory & iO Chicago. Strong continues to appear at popular festivals, for example, Chicago Sketch Fest. The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. New York Sketchfest. and Virgin Daiquiri. Virgin Daiquiri is an all-female Improv troupe. In 2012, she became a celebrity because she appeared at the end of "Saturday Night Live" in the 39th season as a cast member co-anchoring Weekend Update with Seth Meyers in the beginning, and Colin Jost later. Her character in "The Girls You'd Like to Not Start a Conversation With in a Party' was the most memorable moment in her series. In the same year, she also had her first film debut in an untitled short film entitled "How to Sponsor the Uterus'.
